A Typical Day at Camp

Below is a typical day at Higher Level Basketball Camp

8:30am		Registration

9am		Introductions/ meet the coaches

9:15am		Warm up & Stretching

9:30am		Stations post moves dribbling shooting foot work free throw work

12pm		Lunch (bring a bag lunch. Pizza, water, Gatorade, and snacks will be sold.)

1pm		3 on 3 games

2pm		Team and Individual Contests (daily prizes awarded)

3pm		Pick up
