Refund and Credit Policy

• If your plans change for any reason, you may transfer your week of camp to a different week in the current summer or the following summer for no charge.
• Cancellations initiated by the customer prior to eight (8) days from the start of your camp date, will receive a full refund of your payment to the original payment method, less a $25 processing fee for each session canceled.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations within seven (7) days of camp unless the participant has an unforeseen injury or illness and can provide a note from their medical provider. A full refund less a $25 processing fee will be granted in this case.
• If Higher Level Basketball must cancel camp for any reason, the option of a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee, or a full credit towards a future week of camp will be given.
